Standard Shipping — Free
3–5 business days, available on all orders.
Express Shipping — R15.00
1–2 business days, selected at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends ship the next business day.
Tracking
You'll receive your payment and delivery details by email after checkout. Make sure your shipping address is accurate — incorrect addresses may cause delays.

30-Day Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
